Brows By Georgiana Artistry operates by appointments. We have great respect for our clients and artist time, we kindly ask you to follow our policies and terms of service. For all appointments, we charge your card a booking fee in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment and your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable or transferable.

SERVICE BOOKINF FEES:

A booking fee is due immediately upon booking to secure all services appointments. Booking fees will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your online appointment. This fee is to ensure that you are serious about your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session and your remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment. All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable or transferable.

LATE POLICY:

Please familiarise yourself with our location HERE and prepare yourself for traffic. We know sometimes things can happen so plan to arrive at least 5 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the length of your appointment. Out of respect for everyone's time we have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. Over 10 minutes late arrivals will be a no-show and deposits will be forfeited. If your appointment is complimentary, then your subsequent appointment will no longer be complimentary. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

We reserve your appointments especially for you, therefore, we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. Please allow 72 hours (3 business days, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays) notice when cancelling your appointment for BROW SCULPTS ,BROW LAMINATIONS, FACE WAXING, LASH SERVICES and SKIN TREATMENTS. We require a min of 5 - business days notice for cancellation of Cosmetic Tattooing appointments. Our services deposits/payments will be forfeited when outside of this time. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours’ notice. “No Shows” will result in loss of deposit and will not be rescheduled for future services.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Rescheduling of COSMETIC BROW TATTOOING must be made minimum 5 business days prior. Failure to provide 5 business days notice results in a $99 rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling of BROW SCULPTS, BROW LAMINATIONS, FACE WAXING, LASH SERVICES, SKIN TREATMENTS and TATTOO LASER REMOVAL must be made minimum 72 hours prior to the appointment.

Failure to reschedule your appointment within the time policies mentioned above at BBG will result in your appointment & booking fee being forfeited.

GUESTS POLICY:

Due to the nature and attention to detailed treatments we provide, we kindly request that you do not bring children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. We limit our treatment rooms for the client and staff only. If you do require to bring a guest with you to the appointment, they are more welcome to wait in our waiting room until the duration of your appointment is completed. Service dogs are allowed with their ID card, however they cannot be with you in the procedure room and we cannot be responsible for them in our lobby area while you are doing your procedure.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:

If you are a returning client of ours and you need to schedule a touch up/colour refresh appointment, please call our studio directly at 0479 112 262.

Touch-up/Colour refresh price is calculated since your last paid appointment, this appointment does not include a complimentary touch-up. In order to keep your eyebrow/lip tattoo results looking vibrant, a touch up within 12-24 months is recommended. The colour will fade overtime and need to be refreshed. Frequency of touch-ups depend on factors such as: the colour used (lighter colours fade faster), lifestyle, sun exposure, skin care products, use of harsh products or chemical peels, etc.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. All Coverups have an additional $100 fee. Coverups and colour corrections are possible in some cases. It can be a great solution and relief however not all previous work can be fixed or covered. Previous work can be very complicated, time consuming and results are NOT guaranteed.

The average eyebrow/lip tattoo cover-up/correction usually require two or more sessions (6-8 weeks apart). Most correction brows/lips require clients patience and dedication. Due to the amount of time and work needed to repair bad permanent makeup tattoo the cost and number of sessions cannot be predetermined.

If you have any previous work done by another artist, you MUST get approval before booking. Please send three (3) clear photos of your full face and eyebrows/lips with no makeup on them, unfiltered, and in natural lighting to (info@browsbygeorgiana.com.au). After sending your photos, please give us 1-3 business days for us to get back to you. If for any reason you schedule an appointment without approval from our team, your deposit will be forfeited. 

COVID-19 POLICY:

If you test positive for covid within the 72 hour cancellation window we will require proof of a positive PCR test in order to avoid loss of deposit.

Cancellations within 8 hours of your appointment will still result in loss of deposit in order to cover loss of income.

If you cancel within the 72 hour cancellation window due to being a close contact and needing to isolate we will accept any of the following as proof: 

  • Proof of housemate or intimate partners positive test

  • Message from QLDHEALTH notifying you as a close contact

  • Proof of positive test from 15 minute face to face contact or 2 hrs in a room with the infected person

Unfortunately failure to show any of the above proof with result in normal cancellation policy being applied.

TRAINING:

To secure your seat you must pay a non-refundable or transferable booking fee. One week prior to the class commencement date, you are required to pay total amount of training course.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS: 

All permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows, lips to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre-Appointment Restrictions and After Care! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment colour and lead to poor results.  

BBG reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change at anytime.
